Infrared Thermal Imager Detection System
Product profile and purpose
The infrared thermal imager detection system is a convenient detection equipment that is used to make fast quantitative evaluation of the performance of the infrared thermal imager product performance in the field. This product generates infinite far-infrared target images by simulation, receives the generated images using the thermal imager, and transmits the data to the detector for analysis and evaluation. It adopts refractive and reflective collimator, which not only reduces the volume and weight of the detector, but can also guarantee a larger clear aperture. By using the structural design of replaceable target plate, it can detect performance of different models of thermal imagers by replacing different targets. It adopts the technology based on artificial neural network (ANN), and has realized objective evaluation of infrared thermal imager MRTD. It also evaluates the maximum observation distance under different weather conditions.
This product is applicable to out-field preliminary quantitative detection of infrared thermal imager’s MRTD, NETD, MDTD and MTF, and can evaluate visual range of action of the infrared thermal imager.
