I. System function and purpose
Robin Smart Eyes System -- Early Warning and Prevention System of Low, Small and Slow Target (ROBIN SMART EYES) is an integrated system integrating detection, photoelectric inspection system and expelling equipment (“detection, inspection, expelling”), and is mainly used for solving the difficulties in detecting and prevention low, small and slow targets (e.g.: birds, UAV, model airplanes, hot air balloons, parachute gliders, etc.), and providing real-time target information and historical data of key prevention areas for military and civilian airports, wind farms, space launch sites, and important strategic target users, so as to solve the early warning and prevention problems of low, small and slow targets.
II. System composition

IV. System characteristics
(1) Integrated control and management system
The integrated control system can complete target monitoring within key prevention airspace range by wired or wireless remote control and make expelling and prevention control.
(2) Radar bird-detection system
l It can make real-time acquisition of the distance, direction, speed, altitude, motion trajectory and other information of bird targets, and can judge and classify the birds by their size;
l It can make real-time acquisition and storage of data, and has the strong function of analyzing the birds’ activity regularity, displaying the statistical chart and generating report, and is suitable for grasping the rules of seasonal, meteorological factors and activity areas of bird activities such as migration, foraging, wintering and night dwelling, etc.;
l It supports remote artificial monitoring and technical support.

(3) UAV radar detection system
l The system can automatically separate the drone from birds or other mobile target areas, and intelligently identify the drone target, so as to suppress false alarm and automatic alarm, and realize intelligent interpretation and unattended. It's the bane of black-flying drones.
l The radar transmitting power is only 4W, which meets the national environmental health standards, and will not cause harmful effects to the surrounding people, and will not interfete with the surrounding electrical equipment. It is very suitable for urban environment drone detection and prevention of key targets.
l The total weight of the radar is not more than 100 kg, and the volume is less than 1 cubic meter. It is suitable for on-board use, but also suitable for the top deployment of the building, and can achieve concealed installation and rapid response. Through the network use, it can cover the urban streets and make up for the detection blind area.
(4) Integrated bird-repelling system
l In accordance with characteristics of the targets discovered by the bird-detection radar, the integrated bird-repelling system can select corresponding bird-repelling equipment from the integrated control system;
l There are diversified bird-repelling means, which can cope with a variety of different birds;
l It has strong mobility, and wide coverage airspace;
l It supports remote artificial control, and real-time expelling.
(5) Photoelectric inspection system
l It forms “detection” and “inspection” supplementation to the bird-detection radar and UAV detection system;
l It can make real-time observation of the air situation in key airspace of concern, and then make display;
l It supports remote network control view, and supports head rotation and lens zoom observation.
(6) UAV countermeasure system
